Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process payments accurately through our daily-pay POS system
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to maximize earnings
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness and ambiance
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Valid California Alcohol Server Permit (ABC card)
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Proficient in high-volume service environments
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
