Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process orders accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Upsell menu items and specialty cocktails
- Manage table cleanliness and restock stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams seamlessly
- Complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Georgia Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
