Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening and late-night hours
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy and timing
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Process payments efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Maintain pristine table settings and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or high-volume hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours during shifts
- Strong knowledge of food safety and beverage service protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability Monday-Saturday (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Valid DC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
