Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food delivery
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
- San Diego residency preferred
- Valid CA Driver's License (if driving required)
