Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments efficiently and accurately through POS systems
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff during peak service hours
- Maintain immaculate dining area cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Colorado Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
