We're seeking enthusiastic Evening Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences during our peak evening hours. As an Evening Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable moments for guests while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We provide competitive pay, excellent tip potential, and a supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure dining areas are immaculately maintained throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Handle payment transactions and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Food Handler's certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Positive attitude and passion for exceptional customer service
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol service
