Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service in a high-volume evening setting
- Process orders accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Upsell specialty cocktails and signature dishes
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Knowledge of New Orleans cuisine and cocktails preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check
