Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product recommendations, and answering detailed inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Organize the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms to maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods (4-6 hours per shift).
