Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening hours to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage stock levels, perform inventory counts, and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Train and mentor part-time staff to ensure operational excellence and team cohesion.
- Ensure store security, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures are strictly followed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience in Tampa is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard POS hardware.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to our Tampa location.
