Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges
- Contribute to a clean, safe shopping environment throughout shift
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable evening availability (Monday-Sunday, 4 PM-10 PM)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional errands (if needed)
