- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock displays with visual merchandising expertise
- Assist with store closing procedures including cash handling
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for 20-25 hours weekly (evening shifts only)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
