Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock room organization during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
