- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain store appearance through restocking, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Support special evening promotions and seasonal events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
