Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate as a loss prevention ambassador through vigilant store monitoring
- Participate in evening floor walks and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday (4 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and POS system familiarity
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Central Phoenix location
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be available for immediate start
