Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with merchandise restocking and visual merchandising
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support inventory management and stockroom duties
- Collaborate with closing team for end-of-day procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative spirit
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Boston
- 18+ years of age (required for evening schedule)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
