Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Operate POS system efficiently for transactions, returns, and inventory updates
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening hours
- Assist with evening inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure store readiness for next day operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and visual excellence
- Actively identify sales opportunities to meet/exceed evening targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- 18+ years of age
