Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage fitting rooms and maintain organized displays
- Restock merchandise and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team during inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Assist with store closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion
