Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer assistance with product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and stock organization
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and shipment processing
- Uphold brand standards in store appearance and customer experience
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs
- Participate in evening restocking and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts weekly (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory tasks
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
