Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays following brand guidelines
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock and organizing backroom areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Participate in evening shift operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Hennepin Ave location
- Passion for fashion, trends, and pop culture (preferred)
- No prior experience required – training provided
