Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout stations
- Organize and stock merchandise to maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Uphold store safety standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 3-8 PM) including weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
