Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory counts and replenish stock during evening operations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure store readiness for next day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid CA driver's license for potential supply runs
