Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room areas
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with evening staff to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual evening availability
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be available 3-5 evenings weekly (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
