As an Evening Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find perfect items while maintaining a visually stunning store environment. Our evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) accommodate academic schedules while providing consistent income.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock replenishment and display updates
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and markdown execution
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Participate in evening floorwalks to ensure optimal customer coverage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday (4 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Valid NYC student ID or proof of enrollment (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation to Midtown Manhattan location
