Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain store standards
- Support store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
