Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team during peak evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Uphold safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation to North Keystone Ave location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude
