Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including stock replenishment, floor organization, and seasonal displays
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash, card, and digital payments
- Assist in inventory management through stock counts, shipment receiving, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
