Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory counts and assist with receiving/shipping procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative floor coverage
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor for security concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Valid California driver's license (parking reimbursement provided)
