Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Support team operations during peak evening sales periods
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
