Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly engagement
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (Mon-Fri)
- Reliable transportation to Pine Avenue location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
