Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage daily operations including inventory counts, merchandising, and store presentation
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Participate in evening restocking and visual merchandising activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in fast-paced environments
