Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Organize and merchandise the sales floor to maintain a premium appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with care.
- Assist with floor replenishment and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience is a plus.
