Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Assist with evening store closing procedures including securing premises and reconciling registers
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and organized presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
