Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience during evening hours.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash and credit payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking new shipments.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-lit and safe, performing basic safety checks and reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with the evening team to close the store efficiently and secure the premises at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
