Responsibilities
- Delight customers with exceptional service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile payment options
- Stock and merchandise products with visual merchandising best practices
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team during inventory counts and end-of-day procedures
- Support visual merchandising initiatives for seasonal collections
- Assist with returns exchanges and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston location
