Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate inventory management systems for stock replenishment
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in evening promotional events and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
- Positive attitude with commitment to excellent service
