Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Manage fitting rooms, restock merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and operational readiness during evening shifts
- Support store opening/closing procedures and uphold security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for fashion and helping customers
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctual availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
