Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the sales floor, stock shelves, and ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adhere to all cash handling policies.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns to management when necessary.
- Clean and organize the fitting rooms and restrooms during your shift.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but training is provided.
