Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise shelves
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving shipments
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all associates!
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
