Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm welcome to customers entering the store and offer personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and organization as required.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
