Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during evening operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve daily sales and service targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Evening availability (4 PM - 10 PM, weekends required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Beale Street location
