Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving expertise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory restocking and visual merchandising during evening hours
- Assist with store closing procedures including security checks and cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless customer experience transitions

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Evening availability required (Monday-Sunday, 4-9 PM)
