Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and style guidance to evening shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain visual standards
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team during floor resets and visual merchandising
- Support store closing procedures including cash handling and security checks
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
