Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure visually appealing displays
- Operate floor cleaning equipment and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in evening closing procedures including securing the premises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
