- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves with attention to visual merchandising
- Assist with store closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
