Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service across all touchpoints
- Execute omnichannel fulfillment including curbside pickup and online order processing
- Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Participate in remote inventory management and digital catalog updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual tools
- Support community engagement initiatives both in-store and online
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including weekends
- Proficient in digital tools (POS systems, inventory software)
- Strong communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing retail technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional store-to-store transfers
