Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an inviting store environment
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for 4-5 evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 9 PM) Monday-Friday
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Denver location
