Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct stock counts
- Adhere to company stocking standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to department supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Reliable transportation to early shift locations
