Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory restocking, shelf organization, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including store security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment
- Participate in evening inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) weekends included
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
