Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory restocking, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance store appearance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM), weekends required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
