Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards throughout the store
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support store closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekly evening shift meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 11 PM)
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
